The Dragon Boat Festival,Duanwu Jie in Chinese, which falls on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese lunar calendar,in memory of the Chinese great patriotic poet Quyuan.On the day we have some celebration activities including eating Zongzi,dragon boating racing, hanging mugwort,ect.It is a good day to stay with family,too.

Today,Dingyan family have some celebration in company for the festivel,lets say,to make Zongzi.

Zongzi is wrapped by bamboo leaves with sticky rice mixed with various fillings.We have here today some special fillings including meat, peanuts and mushrooms.Tie up with the string in red and white color which looks attractive in contrast to the green color of the bamboo leaves.
